During last night's Special Risotto, we have delighted our guests with a dish that has conquered the most demanding palates: a risotto with fava beans novels<\/strong>, pecorino cheese<\/strong> and tartare di gambero viola<\/strong>.
A symphony of flavours, perfectly balanced<\/strong>, where the creaminess of the risotto blends harmoniously with the delicacy of beans, stories, and the decisive character of the pecorino cheese and the freshness of the tartare di gambero viola. Every bite was a sensory journey through the seas and the campaigns of Italy, a celebration of the culinary tradition and the creativity of our chef.<\/p>\n\n\n

Between the Entr\u00e9e of our last evening, our guests were able to enjoy toasted with butter and anchovies from the Cantabrian sea<\/strong> broken, shrimp in kataifi<\/strong> and a fresh salmon tartare<\/strong>each an explosion of taste and freshness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete the menu of the evening, we have proposed two main dishes<\/strong>, where squid grilled<\/strong> with vegetables and tomato sauce spicy, and the fillet of sea bream with asparagus<\/strong>, cashew, and fennel have made shine our seafood dishes in all their goodness.
